These services include operational monitoring, management and support of both on premises and public cloud infrastructure, across a variety of technologies for government customers.
Skills & Experience
- Implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Server infrastructure'
- Exposure to public cloud technologies
- Highly analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to communicate technical language and clearly articulate solutions to clients and a - varied audiences,
- High analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to communicate technical Language and clearly articulate solutions to clients
- Understand ITIL and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and HPSM
- Enjoy having autonomy as well as working in a local team environment
Sound Knowledge of
- Windows Server Operating Systems
- Active Directory, Group Policy and related Network Services
- ADFS or Azure SSO technologies
- Backup principles and associated software
-File services including NTFS security, DFSN and DFSR.
- Understanding and exposure to Cyber Security principles.
