Qualifications & experience
Experience in a high volume environment
Passion for food production and design
Qualification in Commercial Cookery
Minimum 5 years’ experience for Chefs applications
Cook 2 years’ experience will be a plus
Tasks & responsibilities
Prepare meals
Managing stock levels
Engage in function and catering requirements
Ordering from suppliers
Ensuring all OH&S and Food Hygiene requirements are met
Work with front of house and hands on owners
Benefits:
Mostly day shifts, but flexible to work night when needed as well.
