We are looking for a head chef who is qualified to run our busy kitchen.
Open 7 days a week from 7am - 3 pm for breakfast and lunch.
Applicant must have: Diploma in Hospitality Management or three years of relevant experience
Annual salary of $80,000- $90,000
Head chef duties and responsibilities:
Directing kitchen operations and managing kitchen staff.
Overseeing the food preparation, cooking and cleaning processes.
Delegating tasks and resolving issues as they arise.
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations.
Position starts December 2023, includes working weekends
