HealthX is seeking 10 Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) to work in an aged care facility in LUCKNOW, VIC 3875. These positions are full time contract positions for 4 years commencing in March 2024.
Located in Lucknow VIC,
• Hourly rate of between $29 - $31 plus shift allowances and super
• Full time fixed term

Duties include:
• To provide resident care programs to meet the individual needs of the residents
• To implement the Philosophy, Objectives and Policies of the Organisation
• To comply with all Confidentiality and Privacy Agreements entered into.
• Communicating to the RN/Team leader any changes observed in residents.
• Provide appropriate care to residents
• Ensure residents have the opportunity to make informed choices and decisions regarding their care programs.
• Foster good working relationships with everyone on the team.
• A commitment to delivering quality care.
To be successful in the role the suitable applicant will be/have
• Experience working in aged care is highly desirable but not essential
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Empathy and an emphasis of treating others with dignity and respect
• Reliability and punctuality
• Flexibility to be work across all shifts (day, afternoon, nights) - 76 hours per fortnight.
