We are seeking applications from a qualified and experienced Head Chef for a full time
position with a salary range offer of $75,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation (Negotiable based on experience).
Applicants should have Diploma in Hospitality Management, or equivalent industry experience of atleast 3 years as a Head or Sous Chef.
This role is open to Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, and overseas applicants. 482

Duties are as follows:
? Creative, hands-on with a high level of understanding of Indian cuisine
? Strong creative energy to drive menu development forward and an inspiring leadership to
train the team, keep them growing and to ensure product consistency is maintained
? Operate a high-volume kitchen, overseeing food production and quality control
? Staff, train, and supervise kitchen and back-of-the-house personnel
? Create menus, maintain menus, and oversee food orders
? Ensure compliance with all health code and sanitation regulations
? Supervise daily kitchen operations, including opening and closing, and inventory and
ordering
? Maintain and update employee records, manage staff performance, recruit, hire, train, and schedule, and administer disciplinary action as needed
? Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, and update menus and equipment as needed
? Evaluate vendors and suppliers, and negotiate contracts
? Review and approve menu pricing
? Develop and implement new kitchen procedures
? A good understanding of kitchen admin, planning, and budgeting
? Ability to work in an organised and positive manner, maintain standards and lead by
example
