Be the first and last impression at the hotel. You are the central point of contact for guests and can really transform a stay into an experience. While the role includes check-ins, check-outs and occasional reservations, the real excitement comes from creating friendships with guests and creating memorable moments.
Reporting to the Guest & Residents Experience Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain high quality of guest services primarily in the areas of arrivals, departures, rooming, special needs and guest enquiries.
- Responsible for optimizing hotel occupancy, room rate and additional revenue.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively, assisting the Front Office Management team.
- Assist in conducting training for all Front Office employees.
- Attend to credit issues.
- Control hotel duty keys and floats whilst on duty.
- Patrol and inspect public areas to ensure operations are in order.
