As a Claims Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the claims team by delivering data-driven insights on the performance and health of the claims portfolio. You will be responsible for:
- Providing regular and ad-hoc feedback to the claims team and senior management on the status and trends of their portfolios.
- Identifying opportunities and risks for portfolio improvement and optimization, and recommending actions to the claims team and senior management
- Collaborating with other portfolio managers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across the claims function
- Coach claims people on claim management strategy and action
