Position: Carpenter
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $97,500 plus superannuation per annum
Location: South Windsor NSW 2756
Our client is seeking a full-time Carpenter to join their team in South Windsor, New South Wales.
Tasks required include:
• Reviewing drawings and specifications, to determine installation procedures
• Preparing timber formwork to specific sizes and detail as per the approved engineering drawings.
• Cutting and assembling materials, including nailing shaped parts
• Determining requirements of project and ordering timber and other materials
• Assembling wood materials to form structures for installation
• Constructing and repairing fittings
• Erecting framework and installing structures and fittings.
Requirements:
• Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or Certificate IV in Carpentry
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience to substitute for the formal qualifications listed
• At least three (3) years previous highly relevant work experience
• White card
• Strong attitude and reliability
• Be able to work in a team environment
• Exposure to hand and power tools
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills.
