About the role:
- The role of Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in attracting awesome, talented individuals to join Mantel Group and ensuring they have the best possible experience throughout the recruitment process.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the group is well supported in their strategic objectives and projected growth plans. You’ll achieve this by undertaking recruitment activity for current and future vacancies, providing end to end recruitment support as well as developing sourcing methods to proactively attract and build sustainable talent pools which will allow us to be the best in the market at what we do!
- You will also have the opportunity to get involved with community events, meetups and conferences relevant to support Mantel Group’s presence in market.
- The Talent Acquisition Partner will provide advice and guidance to the brand CEO & CTO relating to workforce planning, current market salary expectations and candidate demand/availability.
About you:
- Previous experience as an internal Talent Acquisition Partner within the tech industry
- A passion for technology as well as an understanding of different role types ie. Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data or Analytics
Experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills with proven ability to manage several roles at once, prioritise work & work under pressure to meet tight timeframes
- A self-starter who is hands on and knows how to find answers and work with ambiguity
- Values driven and practical in your approach
