At Bakers Delight our Qualified Baking staff are responsible for:
Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs.
Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistants.
Assisting with stock control and production expenses.
Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery.
Providing delightful customer service when required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Have completed the Certificate III in Baking qualification or have at least 3 years’ experience as a baker in a bakery or similar setting.
Have excellent communication and time management skills.
Be available for work across the 7 days of the week, which includes evenings, weekends & public holidays (starting times can be as early as 1am)
Complete duties as directed by your head baker.
Be use to starting work early.
Be comfortable working in a busy production environment.
Take pride in producing high quality products.
Like seeing customers enjoy their products.
You will be a reliable and self-motivated team player who portrays a positive attitude with excellent time management skills.
You understand the importance of punctuality, communication, reliability, honesty, and respect while also meeting NSW Food Safety Standards, and company policies & procedures.
