SGS is seeking a Corporate Receptionist for our office in Notting Hill.
The Receptionist serves as a crucial support system for the business, often being the initial point of interaction for all stakeholders at SGS Australia. The role demands exceptional administrative, organizational, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
- Handling and directing all incoming switchboard calls to the relevant team member
- Addressing all voicemail messages on reception phones
- Welcoming and assisting all corporate visitors
- Overseeing reception mailbox
- Manage site notifications
- Collect and processing incoming and outgoing mail and freight following procedure
- Updating and maintaining local and nationwide SGS phone/contact lists
- Issuing and create access (swipe) cards for SGS Staff, Visitors and Guests
- Perform administrative duties as required
