The purpose of the role is to deliver ongoing operational excellence for key accounts by way of delivering on project requirements and account priorities through engagement with the client.
The role is responsible operational support for client queries and has an important role to play in cross sell and upsell opportunities, to deliver the financial results expected of the account to contribute to the Australian business.
The value-add things you’ll be doing
- Lead compliance governance in monthly and quarterly engagements in line with existing contracts
- Collaborate with illion account directors to develop client engagement strategy in line with objectives
- Develop and deliver the client engagement plan to deliver the agreed business strategies and objectives.
- Protect existing revenues with contracted business and grow within by identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities, leveraging existing contracts and relationships.
- Maintain a very strong proficiency in the illion product suite and user experience
- Provide client interaction on all streams of client delivery (Portal, invoicing etc)
- Support account directors in the facilitation of large scale client meetings and provide timely updates/meeting summaries to relevant stakeholders/executive leadership team
- Work closely with Program Director to identify and pre-empt risks, constraints and challenges in delivery of projects and escalate any concerns pro-actively
- Manage end-to-end invoicing process including internal due-diligence prior to invoicing the client as well as run to ground all client queries and clarifications
