Our Partners in Wellbeing Small Business Financial Counselling team is seeking a Financial Counsellor to join their team and assist with Intake responsibilities on a work from home basis!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming referrals in accordance with current procedures.
- Maintaining the appointment diary (Excel), allocations, appointment scheduling and wait lists.
- The occasional brief intervention-based assessment of the client’s financial situation, and providing them with information, options and onward referrals.
- Connecting and collaborating with other services to provide integrated and coordinated responses to casework.
- Entering data into EACH’s client management database and other record keeping documents.
- Engaging in regular supervision (line management and professional), team meetings and staff development. Participating in ongoing professional development as required by FCVic, including Small Business specific training.
