Programmed Training Services in partnership with Telstra, Australia's leading Telecommunications organisation are looking for energetic, empowered individuals who are wanting to keep Australia connected by installing and maintaining Telstra's wireless infrastructure Australia wide. The primary role is constructing Telecommunication towers, installation and maintenance of wireless technologies on these towers.

Inherent requirements of the role include:
Ability to follow strict Occupational Health and Safety instructions and practices
Ability to work at heights up to or above 100 meters
Ability to work and travel away from home
Must be minimum 18 years of age or turning 18 by the 31 st of January
Current Drivers License
Being physically fit and healthy as you must be able to climb and work on these towers at heights
Ability to pass a stringent pre-employment medical which includes drug and alcohol screening
Ability to undertake a police check
Enjoy working outdoors
Being technically minded
Enjoy working in a team environment
You will be rewarded with:
Nationally Recognised Qualification - Certificate III in Telecommunications
Paid High Risk Work Licenses (Dogging, Rigging)
12 month traineeship
Full-time fixed term employment
Paid full-time wages
4 weeks annual leave per year
Safety (PPE) equipment, tools and uniforms are provided
On-going coaching, support and mentoring from qualified professionals
This traineeship opportunity commences 15th J anuary 202 4 .
