Job responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to email correspondence in a fast-paced environment;
• Demonstrate intermediate computer literacy skills and the ability to follow processes/scripts;
• Respond to customer inquiries, assess their needs, provide quotes, and to set up accounts;
• Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing customers;
• Accurately comprehend product models, features, specifications, pricing and inventory status, and efficient process customer
purchase orders into sales orders;
• Process and monitor sales orders, assisting customers with transactions and order status inquiries;
• Perform marketing support tasks such as website updates, catalogue updates, and promotional goods arrangements based on the managers instructions;
• Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve individual and team objectives;
• Ensure compliance with all administrative requirements, including data entry and efficient customer engagement;
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or office administration;
• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
• Compassion and a strong desire to assist customers;
• Responsible handling of sensitive information;
• Keen attention to detail;
• Team player with the initiative to resolve issues;
• Intermediate computer software skills;
