Here are things you’ll need to do and be good at:
Art Director
• Think conceptually and solve business problems presented by the client.
• Execute ideas flawlessly - paying particular attention to design, layout, and typography.
• Contribute to the communication of our creative ideas to clients at the highest possible standard.
• Interact with the client and account management to gain a total understanding of the client’s business strategy and the market.
• Provide formal feedback for performance evaluations of team members at the close of a project
• Understand the importance of the “big idea” and how well the work reflects it.
• Understand the marketing objectives and demonstrate an ability to deliver the “message” through design.• Help prepare presentation boards.
Copy Writer
• Think conceptually and solve business problems presented by the client (yep, like the art director).
• Understand the importance of the “big idea” and how well the work reflects it.
• Understand the marketing objectives and demonstrate an ability to deliver the “message”.
• Create and conceptualise multiple concepts for new assignments.
• Write strategically sound creative copy that changes what consumers do.
• Contribute to the communication of our creative ideas to clients at the highest possible standard.
• Interact with the client and account management to gain a total understanding of the client’s business strategy and the market.
• Be a key creative link with the client.
• Support, prepare and present new business development and presentations.
• Contribute to the constantly evolving communication excellence.
• Work with clients and account management to thoroughly understand the business, marketplace, project goals, and specific objectives
