An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant has become available within our Warehouse Operations department at ALDI stores, based in Jandakot. This is a Permanent Part Time opportunity.
In this role you will provide exceptional administrative and logistical support to the Director - Warehouse Operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain essential administrative experience within a fast-paced corporate environment!
What does the role look like?
- Provide highly effective, efficient, professional, proactive and confidential support to the Director in a professional and efficient manner
- Assist in the creation/preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations and publications
- Research/investigate issues of relevance to the team
- Research, prepare and collate information on issues of relevance to the Director
- Support the Director in the preparation, interpretation, analysis and presentation of reports and briefing packs and other documents as required
- Act as a key interface with business stakeholders both in the Region and National Departments
- Ensure good relations are maintained by providing prompt and appropriate responses
