This role is well suited to a 1st or 2nd time mover, seeking career progression in a medium and complex organisation with strong mentoring and development.
You may currently be in professional services (such as costing, budgeting and vairence analyis)& looking to move into industry, or you may already be in industry, looking for that next step up as a Management Accountant,your role will be to assist the CEO in delivering high-quality management reporting across the business by ensuring that all management accounting, statutory, and other group management reporting requirements are completed and submitted on time.

1. Management Accounting and Decision-making :Profound knowledge of Management Accounting, Reporting , Variances Analysis , Relevant Costing and Budgetary Controls
Financial Accounting: knowledge of accounting principles and appliances.
2. Leadership: Proven experience in working in team environment and fostering a collaborative environment for biding team .
3. Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
4. Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying complex management information to trend analysis .
5. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial regulations and standards applicable to the industry.
Key responsibilities include:
(a) Managing and reviewing the company's management accounting reports and statements.
(b) Overseeing the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
(c) Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, standards, and regulations.
(d) Providing Management Accounting insights and recommendations to the management.
(e) Coordinating with biding team to ensure accurate and timely biding/costing processes for prospect business opportunities.
(h) Liaising with other departments, fostering collaboration across the company.
(i) Staying updated with industry trends and changes in regulatory laws.
(j) Implementing and refining management accounting best practices for the company.
(k) Ensuring timely and accurate legislative reporting
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; experience in a financial management position; proficiency in financial software.
