Parental Leave Contract for 12 months with an Immediate start
Your responsibilities will include effective supervision of guest arrivals and departures, utilization of the Front Office system, and overseeing lobby services. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations, maintaining a strong customer focus.
This role reports to the Operations Manager and oversees three Assistant Managers and assists with rostering, training and implementation of SOP's.
- Manage the Hotel Front Office operation to achieve a reputation as a market leader.
- Conduct and actively participate in weekly Front Office meetings while respecting confidentiality.
- Supervise guest arrivals and departures, ensuring adherence to procedures and a customer-focused approach.
- Utilize the Front Office system efficiently, producing accurate reports to meet operational needs.
- Oversee lobby services, including car parking and porter services, optimizing efficiency.
- Liaise with Maintenance for prompt completion of guest-focused maintenance requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Demonstrate management support and presence on Front Desk and in the lobby during key times.
- Liaise daily with Reservations to ensure accuracy in room allocation.
- Adhere to Emergency Communication procedures and represent the hotel in line with Accor Vision and Values.
