As part of the Corporate People Team and reporting to the VP, Organisational Development, this role is responsible for the effective administrative management and coordination of the People team, incorporating HR, Marketing, Remuneration and Social Compliance (D&I). Overall there will be four Managers (Executives) you will be supporting.
This is a key role within the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide EA support on as needs basis to Managers across the marketing and HR functions, this includes diary management and travel arrangements (local and international)
- Processing of all invoicing across the Corporate People team
- Meeting / workshop coordination
- Supporting monthly reporting and onboarding new starters
- Proactive identification and implementation of admin improvements
- Co-ordinate regular team get togethers
- Contribute to team membership/morale
- Intranet and information sites management
- Creating a positive and engaging experience for anyone dealing with the People team
