- Searching for new Customers who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;
- Developing long-term relationships with Customers through managing and interpreting their requirements;
- Persuading Customers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both Customer and company needs;
- Calculating Customer quotations and administering Customer accounts;
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
- Preparing reports for State Manager
- Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects
- Ensure all HSE procedures are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly
- Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets Customer needs;
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Helping in the design of custom-made products
- Visiting Customer sites on a regular basis. Such sites, while generally providing safe working environments, provide the potential of exposure to hazardous materials and other industrial safety exposures.
