Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and variances
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department
  • Process Payroll
  • Process and Manage NDIS Funding Claims
  • Process NDIS Payment Queries
  • Process and Manage Accounts Payable and Receivables.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance role
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience working in the disability sector or a similar industry is highly desirable
