Our Opportunity
Active Physio Health now have a rare opportunity for a Senior/Lead Physiotherapist to join our team. This is a unique role for an experienced Physiotherapist driven to make a difference in a multi-modality allied health environment. Reporting to our Head of Field you will lead our Allied Health team, support the development of our current allied health services - including Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage and Exercise Physiology and join our existing leadership team to provide input into the future planning and success of our practices. This full time position will be based primarily in our Gladstone location with the flexibility to work and lead across our three practice locations. This role also has flexibility around working hours and potential for future equity share/principal offering via a shareholding model.
About you
This role would be ideal for an experienced Physio looking to take their career to the next level. You will have:
Degree in Physiotherapy and relevant registration with AHPRA
Good relationship building capacity with a friendly approach to both patients and staff
Time management skills with the ability to manage a diverse case mix
Previous leadership experience with the ability to effectively lead a team in an approachable and professional manner
A desire to make a difference within your team, industry and local community
Medicare Provider Number and Professional Indemnity Insurance
