Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for an Experienced Diesel Mechanic for our client based at Lytton. This position is full-time permanent, working the hours of 7:30 am -3:30 pm Monday to Friday. We are offering very competitive rates that are available upon discussion. Our client will also consider candidates who are only seeking a casual position
Casual pay rate starts at $40.00 plus overtime and penalties. Key Responsibilities:
Complete work instructions as directed.
Assist in completing job reports to ensure an accurate record of tasks completed .
Undertake and perform all appropriate pre-delivery tests and inspections to ensure client satisfaction. To be considered for this position:
Appropriate Trade Qualification.
Practical working knowledge of the operation of our client's machinery, tools, and equipment.
Sound knowledge/ familiarity with Western Star, MAN trucks & Busses, Dennis Eagle, Detroit. Experience with these would be highly advantageous.
