The Opportunity
This mineral exploration company is seeking a Supply Officer to join their procurement and contracts team. You will be required to optimise on-site operations through efficient warehouse, logistics, inventory management, and cataloguing efforts. You will be required to work on a FIFO roster of 8 days on and 6 days off, supporting the company's mining site.
Key Responsibilities
Handle deliveries, materials, and purchases efficiently and safely
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and in-house teams for on-time deliveries
Manage inventory by regulating stock levels and processing orders
Keep inventory data accurate through regular updates
Catalogue new assets in Pronto and maintain accurate stock details
Selection Criteria
Experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement within the mining industry
Tertiary or vocational experience in warehouse/logistics or trade qualification
Forklift licence essential
In depth understanding of warehouse and logistics procedures
High professional standards in safety and conduct
Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
Organisational, communication, and time management skills
Proficient in ERP systems, Pronto is desirable
