Salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience)
Location: Parramatta, NSW

As an ICT Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in improving processes, products, services, and software through data analysis. Working closely with both IT and business stakeholders, you will enhance organizational efficiencies and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze system limitations, propose improved technical solutions.
Consult businesses, recommend optimal practices, processes, and procedures.
Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Manage functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into system and software specifications.
Create project documentation (specifications, risk analysis, design, user manuals).
Utilize SDLC for systematic project execution.
Define system approaches, participate in functional solution deployment.
Collaborate with customers to ensure successful project delivery.
Analyze and define configuration specifications and business requirements.
Implement best practices and processes to improve system methods.
Utilize modelling techniques for system development and management.
Requirements
Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant work experience in an ICT Business Analyst role is a mandatory requirement.
Possession of a recognized qualification in IT or a related field is necessary.
Proficiency in working with JIRA, Conflunece and Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated expertise in structured project planning is essential.
Proven ability in new business development and prospecting is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
Demonstrated track record of problem-solving and innovative thinking is necessary.
Ability to effectively collaborate in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams is a key skill required.
