This boutique accounting firm is expanding their small close-knit team and looking for an all-rounder Accountant. With a growing client base, you will be set up for success with continuous training and learning opportunities and a highly supportive management team.
You will have previous accounting experience and be confident preparing BAS statements. You will be willing to learn with great communication skills to be able to eventually manage a client base of your own. This opportunity will allow you to broaden your knowledge and expand your accounting skills within a highly respected and supportive firm.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns
Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Activity Statements
Preparation of FBT returns
Client meetings
Reconciliations
BAS Statements
Data Entry using MYOB Enterprise
Tasks as delegated
About You:
Minimum 1 years' experience within an accounting firm
Experience and solid understanding of BAS statements
Strong communication and attention to detail
Willing to learn
Confident and can-do attitude
