We are looking for someone to assist our two offices with the upkeep, neatness and cleanliness of the office / kitchens as well as assistance with event setup and pack down.
The responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the kitchens have an adequate supply of cutlery, crockery, tea, coffee, fruit, cereal & milk in the coffee machines / run dishwashers
Ensuring all client meeting rooms have fresh water and clean glasses available at the beginning of each day
Fill all lolly bowls in meeting rooms
Disperse fruit into fruit bowls and milk into fridges
Proactively maintain the general cleanliness of the office and kitchens including running the dishwashers, wiping surfaces, putting rubbish in bins
Wipe down all client meeting rooms, kitchens, and client coffee areas as required
Ensure that the bathrooms are adequately stocked with toiletries (no cleaning of bathrooms required)
Clean the coffee machines at the end of each day.
Pack away any incoming food or drinks orders / clean up catering leftovers
Ensure all dishes are cleaned / cutlery and crockery disbursed for next day
