In this role you will;
Report to the Table Games Manager
Assist in the opening and closing of tables
Welcome new/current players at the table
Conduct the games with courtesy and enthusiasm
Follow all casino/government standard operating procedures
Project a good company image
What you need:
Minimum experience of 6 months as a Dealer from a Casino background
Proficiency in at least 1 major game: Roulette, Blackjack, Craps or Poker - To be assessed during the recruitment process through a practical table test. This assessment will take place at Lasseters Hotel Casino
Strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills and immaculate grooming
Ability to work shifts day/night including weekends and public holidays
Australian/New Zealand/Holiday Working Visa/Permanent Residents are eligible
Successful applicants will be required to obtain an NT Government Licence that includes probity checks.
Salary ranging from $63,000 to $75,000
