Physio Goals is a rapidly expanding private practice situated along the M5 corridor in Sydney's South Western Region. Founded in 2019, our clinic has earned a reputation for delivering physiotherapy services in various clinical disciplines, such as physical disabilities, Women’s Health, and Paediatrics. Our clinical expertise extends to collaborations with elite sports teams, NDIS registered providers, and renowned healthcare specialists.
#### The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our exceptional team. The successful candidate will full-time, dividing their time between community-based settings and our clinical setting, providing an engaging and diverse caseload.
**Community-Based Practice Responsibilities:**
- Conducting home-based, gym-based, and group home visits for evidence-based physiotherapy.
- Handling a diverse patient load that includes neurological conditions, congenital conditions, and musculoskeletal issues.
- Formulating and prescribing individualized exercise plans targeted at patients' specific needs.
**Clinical Setting Responsibilities:**
- Be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team with room for professional development.
- Conduct assessments for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Design individual treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, including pre and post-operative care.
#### Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
- AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to serve in community-based settings.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferable.
- COVID Vaccine Certificate.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
#### Remuneration and Benefits
- Salary Range: $85,000 per year based on experience.
- Additional Performance Bonus.
- Reimbursement for travel.
