Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Product Specialist team. In this role, you will provide world-class support to our clients, both technically and non-technically. You should have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, self-starting, and comfortable interacting with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive support for Turnitin's product line via email, phone, and live chat
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management teams
- Develop positive relationships with customers
- Assist in maintaining technical documentation
- Support other strategic initiatives as needed
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer support
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with excellent judgment
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
- Understanding of web technologies and Software as a Service (SaaS)
