Grow your career with a global retailer as a Systems and Analytics Assistant within our Payroll team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a fixed term contract position until December 2025.
The successful candidate will utilise various reporting and analytical tools to provide support in a range of HR & Payroll related projects.
What does the role look like?
- Support HR reporting across the business by generating and developing HR & Payroll related reports
- Coordinate and perform testing, back-end configurations, deployment and support for all HR & Payroll related programs
- Provide support on Payroll projects and initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis, including the development and implementation of strategies to resolve issues identified across the system
- Maintain a view of continuous improvement in relation to HR & Payroll reporting, with a focus on identifying simple and effective business solutions
