Position Overview: We are seeking passionate Factory/Machine Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery to produce custom packaging solutions while upholding our high-quality standards and meeting production goals. This is a full time permanent opportunity, hours are Monday - Friday 6.30am - 2.30pm. A forklift licence is preferred but not essential. Key Responsibilities:
Supporting machine operators with a variety of physical task
Feed raw materials, and take off and pack finished good
Assembling cardboard composite panels
Palletising finished goods.
Assisting in other factory duties as required
Learning how to operate various production machines
Forklift duties (if you have licence to do so)
Experience:
Experience in a similar position required
Ability to work as part of a team and individually
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable and have a great work ethic
Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
