Your new role As Business Manager, you are responsible for presenting and selling Finance and Insurance products to customers who have purchased a new or used vehicle from my client. This can involve organising finance and or insurance for a customer who has purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Tasks and Responsibilities Plan, organise and arrange loans of money for or on behalf of our clients. Analyse a client's financial status, discuss finance options, recommend loan combinations that meet our client's needs. Maintain relationships with finance providers to organise loans for clients Preparing and lodging relevant documentation that sets out conditions of finance, repayments and loan duration. Establish and maintain referral networks. Achieve pre-determined departmental volume, profit, and penetration rate goals. Adhere to the sales process, maintain professionalism and comply with all relevant laws. Assist in the development of marketing activities as required. Maintain active involvement in sales enquiries and the execution of effective sales practices, including personal interaction with each visitor. Assure that all purchase agreements, bills of sale, finance contracts, lease agreements and any other relevant documents are completed accurately and in compliance with all laws. Protect and preserve the integrity of the company in the promotion and retailing of new and/or pre-owned vehicles. Assist Sales Managers to ensure each salesperson achieves a pre-determined target each calendar month. Maintain adherence to company standards of personal presentation and hygiene. All company and customer information is to be treated as strictly confidential. Attend weekly sales meetings. Comply with all general company policies as prescribed in the Policy Manual.
