FULL TIME CIVIL ENGINEER REQUIRED
Alvaro Bros Builders is a boutique builder operating in the Sydney’s exclusive eastern suburbs. We require an experienced and a self motivated civil engineer to join our award winning team working on Architecturally designed luxury homes.
Works include:
• General Assistance to the Construction Manager and Site Managers
• Construction Planning and programming
• Coordination of site works including labour, plant and equipment
• Reading and interpreting drawings, schedules and specifications
• Setting Out
• Scheduling, calculating and ordering materials
• Estimating and quantity surveying
• Sourcing of materials/suppliers;
• Shop drawing review and assessment
• Technical and trade research and reporting;
• Document management
• Dilapidation inspections and reports
• preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications
$70K - $79K per annum + Super
The right applicants will
• Have a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering;
• be able to read architectural plans and details.
• be fit, enthusiastic and have a great “can-do” work ethic
• be a team player
• Hold a General WHS Induction Card (“White Card”)
