Our team is growing extensively, so a new role has been created for a Primary Health Organisation Manager with
experience in managing primary health organisations that provide a broad range of out-of-hospital health services.

Qualifications and experience requirement:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant sector.
You will be required to provide Australian Criminal History Check.
Fluency in English language.
Key Responsibilities
Offering overarching guidance and supervision for the service, facility, organization, or centre
Formulating, executing, and overseeing protocols, guidelines, and criteria for medical, nursing, allied health,
and administrative personnel
Managing and administering day-to-day healthcare and welfare programs and clinical services
Monitoring and assessing the allocation of resources for healthcare, welfare, recreational, housing,
employment, training, and other community establishments
Overseeing administrative operations, including budget planning, report creation, and expenses related to
supplies, equipment, and services
Collaborating with other healthcare and welfare providers, boards, and funding entities to explore
opportunities for cooperation and coordination in delivering health and welfare services
Advising government bodies about measures to improve health and welfare services and facilities
Serving as the organization’s representative in negotiations and participating in conventions, seminars, public
hearings, and forums
Managing the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members; ensure the company is appropriately
organised and staffed, and has authority to hire and terminate staff as necessary to enable it to achieve the
