Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year

Location: Office location will be determined dependant on the right applicant, as we have offices based in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager to join our team on a Full-time basis within one of our agencies. We have offices based on Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane so the role could be based in either of these locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day main client contact
• Developing and executing a client retention and growth plan to identify potential areas for improvement
• Gains and maintains knowledge of client’s business, industry and competition.
• Informs team on status of projects.
• Responsible for ensuring reports and/or meeting notes are complete and distributed to clients.
• Assist to maintain existing account relationships to insure they remain healthy, productive and mutually beneficial, with a goal of securing repeat business and achieving targeted revenues
• Additional tasks as assigned

Who exactly are we looking for?

• Someone with at least 2 years agency experience
• Must be detail focused
• Have the ability to develop strategic solutions for client business challenges
• Experience in preparing client proposals and or pitch documents
• Someone who thrives on working across more than one brandA person who can grow in to a more senior role in 18 months
