Duties:
Candidates will be responsible for coordinating with staff to ensure that all members within the
team are performing their duties and delivering exceptional services.
Candidates will be responsible for hiring and training sales and marketing officers to work liase
with educational institutions as well as students.
Candidates will be responsible for identifying weaknesses in the current marketing campaigns
and develop solutions that are in line within company budgets.
Main Tasks:
Candidates will be required to Generate new leads and opportunities through networking.
Candidates will be required to implement strategies that will help achieve targets outlined by
the company.
Candidates will be required to Develop and implement strategies that will lead to a higher
intake of clients.
Salary: 73,000 to $90,000 per annum plus 11% superannuation.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree related to Sales, Marketing or Advertising.
Experience: A Candidate is required to have at least three (3) years of working experience
within the field of sales and marketing.
