About the role
As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for the delivery of engineering services from concept through to construction. This role will make a difference to our business and team in the following way:
Design and document systems through concept, design development, detailed design and construction phases.
Assist the Project Leader on assigned projects – responsible for the firm’s overall involvement on the project and the administration of design interface between multiple disciplines.
Review technical submissions by Contractors and Sub-Contractors and the quality of construction against the specified requirements.
Undertake Construction Administration on projects, designed by ADP.
Ensure ADP's Quality System is implemented and maintained on projects, including quality assurance reviews for peer projects.
Proactively identify, develop, and promote ways to improve operating capability.
About you
This role will have a strong external clients focus as well as an internal with various teams and stakeholders across the business.
As an integral member of our Electrical team, you will be comfortable with discussing and articulating design ideas, concepts and project approaches.
3+ years industry experience in a consulting environment
Relevant tertiary engineering qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage workload with excellent attention to detail.
A self-motivated person with passion, drive, a positive attitude and emotional intelligence.
Someone who can present ideas, think outside the box while staying focused on the task at hand.
