On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full-time experience General Manager over the Australia/ New Zealand market.
This role will play a crucial role in establishing market share for Netgain in the geography. You will be responsible for developing business with local NetSuite partners, overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closed deal, and manage the operations team who implements Netgain software solutions for new customers. KPIs for the position include new ARR, new partners, and profitability of office.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: The General Manager is accountable for generating new business in the Australia/New Zealand market, including the go-to-market strategy across all Netgain’s products. Establishing deep relationships with NetSuite Channel Partners is an integral part of the success of the role. This includes identifying sponsorship opportunities with partners, negotiating partnership agreements, training partners on products, and traveling to partner locations for in-person interactions.
Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the business. Lead, recruit, and retain a team of individuals in the industry to implement and support Netgain’s products in NetSuite. Responsible for client experience and engagement. Oversee capital planning and expenditures consistent with reaching growth targets while limiting expenses. Analyze operational results compared to established plans within the region.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• MBA from a reputable program
• Two or more years’ experience in public accounting or consulting at below firms
• Deloitte US, EY US, KPMG US, PwC US
• Two or more years’ experience in the NetSuite ecosystem
• Experience with the accounting standard ASC 842
• Five years minimum of leadership experience
• Experience with a software partner program
• Ability to quickly learn technical software and about new product offerings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of success on a marketing team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
