Responsibilities
- Lead QA team, coordinate test plans for studio projects, and collaborate with external test teams
- Manage Bug Database, focusing on critical path issues, and generate detailed QA reports for production standards
- Communicate effectively with studio leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and stakeholders
- Develop QA team's integral role in the production process
- Coordinate cross-platform game testing during development
- Oversee QA training, tools, plans, and documentation
- Maintain high-quality work standards and provide input for product improvement
- Participate in annual performance reviews for QA team members
- Promptly raise concerns with management for quick resolution
- Research and promote new technologies for improved Quality Assurance
- Mentor and develop new, junior, or intern QA team members
