FLEET MANAGER | JANDAKOT BASED | FLEXIBLE WORKING | ADDITIONAL BENEFITS AVAILABLE This role will see you oversee and manage the Fleet Operations, ensuring optimal utilisation, maintenance, and safety of all vehicles. The successful candidate will aim to minimise costs, enhance performance, and sustain compliance with regulators. WHAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DO:
Develop and maintain fleet management strategy
Monitor and analyse fleet costs, performance and utilisation data whilst identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
Develop and execute plans for fleet acquisitions, replacements, and disposals.
Maintain a strong focus for safety by ensuring all vehicles and drivers adhere to regulations and best safety practices
Stay updated with relevant regulations and industry standards relating to fleet management
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Several years of Fleet Management experience.
Demonstrated experience in overseeing a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment
Deep understanding of relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements related to fleet management
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use fleet management software and tools to monitor, analyse and optimise fleet performance
Highly organised with proven time management skills to effectively deliver multiple priorities
Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality
