Cert III or IV in commercial cookery preferred but experience will be looked upon favourably
Understanding of common dietary requirements
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Rational Combi Ovens a plus
Tasks & responsibilities
All aspects of daily kitchen operations
Menu planning and meal costings
Preparation, cooking and presentation of meals
Ordering stock and supplies, and reconciling items ordered with invoices
Effective stock control and rotation
Minimisation of wastage as a priority
High standards of cleanliness and strict adherence to Food and Safety Regulations
