We are looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join our Connect division. The Symbio Connect division works with the world’s leading software platforms and communication providers, with customers including Google, Microsoft and Cisco.
Reporting to the Lead Software Engineer, this role is responsible for designing, building and maintaining our Customer System’s platform . This is a full stack, hands on role that will be developing new features for our customer. You will have access to people who are experts in their field to help you apply what you have learned at University into practice.
What you'll do as a Graduate Software Engineer:
- Design, build, maintain, deploy and support our customer systems platform within the Java ecosystem
- Develop new features for our customers to meet business needs
- Build out new functionality to help us scale our platforms globally
- Collaborate in an agile environment where teams own their entire technology stack end-to-end
- Participate in solution design discussions and code reviews
- Successfully completing all training required throughout the two-year Graduate Program
- Commit to two years of learning and product delivery while in the Program
