About the role
Reporting to the People Services Manager you will actively contribute to a high-performing team and drive impact by working productively and efficiently, collaborating closely with other Focus & Enabler areas and Corporate Services as part of our matrix structure and championing our One Minderoo Culture.
As the Advisor, People Services you are the first line of support for general P&C queries for both Minderoo Foundation employees and group employees who work across the Minderoo Foundation and Tattarang. With the support of the Business Partner for Minderoo and Director of P&C where required.
This position will work closely with the Director P&C and Business Partner for Minderoo to provide BAU P&C support and advice.
This role includes the coordination of employee lifecycle activities, generation of reports and data metrics, drafting of employee contracts and variation requests. You will manage and administer all employee lifecycle processes starting with probation and variations through to offboarding activities including new starter and exit surveys.
The Advisor, People Services operates as the ‘superuser’ for P&C team systems and software, including but not limited to the HRIS (Bamboo).
