This pivotal role will see you at the centre of our story as part of the Communications team, carrying the torch of the ALDI brand and translating our business priorities, initiatives, and changes into meaningful narratives for our internal and external audiences.

The role requires exceptional storytelling ability, creativity and media engagement. You will need to create and coordinate content, write for various audience types, adjusting the communications strategy accordingly to meet business objectives.

What does the role look like? 

  • Execute communication focused activities such as delivery of an active press office, executing large-scale consumer campaigns and partnering with relevant stakeholders to build integrated communications programs
  • Plan and execute ALDI’s communications strategy through relevant channels, ensuring it is implemented correctly through key opportunities
  • Develop and implement tools, channels and initiatives to drive customer brand communications, understand the different audience types and how to write for each
  • Drive influencer and social media engagement
  • Deliver brand activations
  • Build relationships, engage and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders 
  • Provide analysis on key metrics, identify trends and use data to create reports demonstrating the effectiveness of tactics
