Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + super
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Join a dynamic team as a Service Administrator. As a key support member for the NSW Service Department, you'll play a crucial role in service sales, coordination, and customer service.

Your New Company:

Our client is a world leader in door opening solutions, offering secure and innovative access control for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. With a focus on cutting-edge technology, the company is dedicated to providing safe and convenient solutions to enhance daily lives.

Your New Role:

Your tasks include invoicing, maintaining run sheets, answering calls, and managing customer interactions. The role spans pricing and preparing service reports, conducting site audits, and engaging with customers for new sales and preventive maintenance:

Process invoices for Aftermarket Service report sheets
Answer incoming calls and redirect as necessary
Chase purchase orders as required
Price and prepare service reports
Manage customer portals and invoicing processes
Liaise with customers, document/log service calls/enquiries
Assist in follow-up on new equipment sales
Conduct site audits/customer visits with the manager
Chase up outstanding service quotations
Schedule PMA servicing with customers

About You:

Motivated in the Administrative space
Polite, courteous, and approachable demeanour.
High organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work within tight deadlines.
Effective communication with senior management.
