Customer Service Advisor job located in Frenchs Forest Your new company A leading manufacturing company located in Frenchs Forest is looking for a customer-centric person for their office and showroom located in Frenchs Forest. Your new role In this role, you will be the conduit between customers and the sales and manufacturing departments. Your role will involve taking calls from customers to discuss their requirements and providing them with a tailored solution which suits their needs. Liaising with your colleagues, you will create detailed quotes, process sales orders and provide technical assistance to customers who may need a solution to potential problems. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience of working in a customer service role
Understanding of processes from initial order through to manufacture and customer delivery
Ideally, you will have experience of estimating and creating a bill of materials
Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to work as a team and coordinate orders which involve multiple stakeholders
