Due to continued growth, we're looking to add a Scientific Recruitment Consultants to our team in Sydney!
What you'll be doing & responsible for:
Developing a strong understanding of our clients industries, organisational culture and staffing needs
Facilitating the next step in our candidates careers through thorough technical and behavioural based interviewing and providing a strong match with our clients needs
Liaising with industry bodies, universities and Evolve’s networks to stay informed of industry trends and scientific developments
Managing all information from clients and candidates in a confidential and professional manner and storing necessary data accurately and in line with our privacy policy.
Administrative duties associated with the job function
What you'll need to be successful:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree
Laboratory experience, ideally environmental, food or consulting laboratories
Ability to build long term relationships and understand client and candidate needs
Able to work in a busy environment that will include both the Evolve offices and external client sites
Tenacity, energy, passion and drive
AND last but not least be able to work with honesty and integrity
