Task & Responsibilities
-Contributing to estimates and actively participating in agile planning activities
-Supporting the Product Owner and Project Manager in maintaining backlogs
-Researching, Analysing, and Evaluating the system programming needs
-Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes that deliver true business value that meets customer requirements.
-Encouraging and participating in pair programming and test-driven development
-Applying logic and problem-solving skills to overcome technical issues
-Foster collaboration and communication among team members
-Plays a key role in Quality Assurance and Testing with the established protocols
-Coding to meet the accredited quality standards of design and technical specification in line with customer and/or internal requirements
Qualification & Experience
-Formal qualifications preferred with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
If you do not have formal qualifications, further years of work experience may be required.
-Stays abreast with technical development and trends
-Software Developer experience and a deep technology understanding/background
-Experience ensuring technical documentation is maintained, and updated with all relevant operations procedures
-Ability to escalate project issues appropriately and communicating project changes proactively to the Project Manager
Dependant on experience the salary for this role will be $70,000 - $99,000 + super
